Emerald Inn and Lounge

Hotel is convenient at a short 10-15 minute drive to my work site, and one of the cheapest in the area. I've stayed here several times now for work. The owner is super nice and accommodating. He's allowed me make adjustments to my reservations on several occasions, and let me cancel my reservation last minute completely when my work for the week got cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice. There is also always someone available at the front desk. The room is relatively clean. The only real down side has been that I can't get the shower to put out cold/cool water (typically not a problem you'd hear, but after working in the sun all day a cool shower can be nice!). Overall, it has been a good place to stay when trying to save a little money!

The hotel is nice and clean and the room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable and had clean bedding and that is a big plus in my book. We had quest on both sides and didn’t hear a thing. The employees are very nice and helpful and we have booked another stay later this year.

Stopped in briefly thinking I’d have a brief break on my drive. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted, received excellent service. The bar at the motel The Emerald Lounge boasts craft beer, wine and cocktails. My friend and I on a whim decided to stay. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff all courteous. I can’t recommend this lovely little family owned motel enough.

Awesome customer service, even when I needed to be many hours early, I was accommodated with no issues. Great price, tv excellent, hot water instantly, very clean bright white sheets and pillows the rooms are huge , this will be my new go to place to stay. I feel very safe. Nothing bad about the place at all. Very quiet here. I highly recommend.

My husband being a truck driver that travels he has been staying at the Inn during the week for over a year when he first had to travel there for work he tried a couple other hotels but was the most comfortable here mainly due to the owner. the owner is amazing and accommodating down to in the summer when he knows my husband is coming gets his room ready it has become his home away from home. The owner makes my husband feel at home.

Needs to be renovated and updated, but rooms and property were clean. Bed was OK and queen-size was actually a small double; found no bedbugs or other bugs. Property was quiet and single story room means noone clomping above your head at all hours. Friendly owners/staff. No phone or coffee pot in room, but had a microwave and very loud mini fridge. Price was okay, and you get what you pay for. No breakfast or pets.

As a former motel manager, It's often hard to be satisfied with quality of other motels. I was very satisfied with this one. Very caring staff. When economy and quality both matter, this is the place for Blythe. The room was very clean, quiet and large. If you need a 5 star place then you would be having to pay several times more.

The owners are very friendly, and the price is very good considering what you get. The cons to the place is it is falling apart a bit and the bathtub doesn’t even close to fill water lol (in fact rust came out) … but the shower worked. There were some dead bugs I had to clean up in the bathroom but overall not horrible. The lights are also bright at night so I would recommend putting in better curtains if the owner reads this. That said the huge positive to this place is it’s super quiet. No one was really there and I was the only guest besides on other that night. So if you are a light sleeper this is great. Sizzlers is right across the street also. He gave me a discount also which was appreciated. The bed was nice and AC worked great. In short, if you are on a budget and don’t care that some things aren’t perfect this place is not bad and the owner could really use your business, I would stop by again.
